7 Finalists Named For Bear Bryant Coach Of The Year Award

Just a few weeks remain for bowl eligible teams to finish their seasons on a high note and walk out with one last victory.With the close of the college football season comes awards season. Heupel, Kelly, Saban and Swinney all led their programs to undefeated seasons, though Bill Clark’s UAB team just pulled off a 10-win season.Jeff Monken led Army to arguably its best season in program history and Jeff Tedford continues to keep Fresno State in the conversation – the Bulldogs just knocked off Herm Edwards and Arizona State in their bowl game.The winner will be announced on January 9.
