first_img Tags: Gambling.com Group 4th December 2020 | By Daniel O’Boyle Gambling.com Group set to move registered address from Malta to Jersey The Gambling.com Group intends to move its registered address from Malta to Jersey, pending shareholder approval at an 18 December extraordinary general meeting. Regions: Europe Southern Europe Malta Professional services business BDO International has “expressed willingness” to act as auditors for the move. If the relocation is approved, shareholders will also vote on the appointment of BDO as auditors. Marketing & affiliates Last month, the Gambling.com Group reported a €2.8m (£2.5m/$3.3m) net profit for its third quarter after a strong performance from its organic traffic services helped to drive revenue up 52.2% year-on-year. If the relocation is approved, the business will be required to notify the Malta Registrar of Companies of the move and it will approve a new Memorandum and Articles of Association.
